Anti-Static Shield

Casting time: 1 Action
Range: 10 Feet
Components: S V
Duration: Concentration, up to 5 minutes

You shift time around a creature, making them harder to hit. The target's AC is increased by 3, and whenever a weapon is used to attack that creature it's controller must make a Charisma saving throw. If it fails, the weapon disintegrates at the end of the attack.
