Body Refining Technique

Everyone starts their life the same, but you choose to enhance yourself through ancient methods.

• Your Constitution score increases by +1.
• You gain either 2 ki or 2 psi points, which come back after a short rest. Depending on which you chose, you gain one feature from the monk or mystic class respectively, that uses these points. The feature cannot be gained from a level later than 5th on said class.
