You point at a creature within range, and they are assailed with a magical storm of glitter. They must make an Intelligence save or take 1d6 psychic damage and be confused, unable to take reactions until the end of their turn.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell at 5th level, the damage increases by 1d6. The damage increases again at levels 11 and 17.
