From a distance, a fairy of navigation appears as a spherical ball of glowing off-white light with wings. When viewed up close, it becomes apparent that is actually a diminutive humanoid-shaped creature that superficially resembles a tiny hylian. One of these fairies is only a few inches tail. Magic Servants. These fairies are magically created, most famously by Great Fairy (5e Creature) and the Great Deku Tree, and their creator usually has some sway over the personalities and physical characteristics of the fairies they create. As such, these fairies are usually subservient to their creator, and usually friendly in general. Most notably, almost every kokiri child is bestowed one of these fairies by the Deku Tree to serve at its guide. Noncombatant. Due to its tiny size, this kind of fairy has practically no combat capability, but easily evades conventional attacks and spells alike. Versus a typical monster or warrior, one of these fairies can at best serve as a distraction. One of these fairies flies without effort, and usually only lands when it loses consciousness.
