As an action you instantly deal 1d6 psychic damage to a creature within range. Immediately after you must roll for long-term madness which lasts 1d10 rounds.
At Higher Levels. This spell's damage increases by 1d6 and the number of rounds decreases by one dice size when you reach 5th level (2d6), (1d8), 11th level (3d6), (1d6), and 17th level (4d6), (1d4).
