Ytel (Shard Ne'Vaal Supplement)

This shard in Shard Ne'Vaal is one of the most technologically advanced. Through luck, much of the original nation of Preius remains intact here. Thus, much of the peoples claim this as a cohesive identity against the deluge of uncertainty elsewhere in the world tree. However, they are also incredibly insular and hostile towards foreign entities. To them, they are the last center of the universe, civilization and order.
