Avoidance. If Xemnas is subjected to an effect that allows him to make a saving throw to take half damage, he instead takes no damage if he succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if he fails.

Emotionless. Xemnas has advantage on Charisma (Deception) checks, and disadvantage on Wisdom (Insight) checks.

Ethereal Flickering. Xemnas does not provoke an opportunity attack when he moves out of an enemy’s reach.

Innate Spellcasting. Xemnas’s spellcasting ability is Charisma (Spell saving throw DC 21, +13 to hit with spell attacks). He can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
3/day: banishment, dispel magic, telekinesis
1/day: demiplane, forcecage, plane shift, teleport

Legendary Resistance (5/Day). If Xemnas fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Resistance. Xemnas has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Summon Clone (1/Day). Xemnas uses a bonus action to magically create a clone of himself. The clone has 77 hit points, but otherwise shares his statistics. The clone appears in an unoccupied space adjacent to Xemnas and acts on his turn in the initiative order. When the clone takes the Attack action, it may only use Xemnas’s Multiattack action. It cannot innately cast spells or use any of Xemnas’s other actions or reactions. When Xemnas takes the Attack legendary action, he can choose to have the attack originate from himself or the clone.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Xemnas makes five ethereal blade attacks or two unarmed strikes.

Ethereal Blade. Melee or Ranged Spell Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d8 + 6) force damage.

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage and 10 (3d6) lightning damage. This is a magic weapon attack.

Force Spheres (Recharge 5-6). Xemnas hurls balls of magical energy at two points within 60 feet that he can see. Each creature within a 15-foot radius sphere centered on those points must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw, taking 42 (12d6) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature in the area of more than one magical burst is affected only once.

All-Vanity (1/Day). Xemnas bombards a 40-foot cube with countless ethereal blades. Each creature in that area must make a DC 21 Dexterity saving throw, taking 67 (15d8) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

REACTIONS

Counter Shield. Xemnas adds 5 to his AC against one melee attack that would hit him. To do so he must see the attacker. If this reaction causes the triggering attack to miss, Xemnas can make an immediate melee ethereal blade attack against the creature that attacked him.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

Xemnas can take 5 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Xemnas regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Detect. Xemnas makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.
Teleport. Xemnas magically teleports to an unoccupied space within 60 feet he can see.
Attack. Xemnas makes an Ethereal Blade attack.

These statistics represent Xemnas after obtaining the power of Kingdom Hearts and using it to become a demigod. In addition to being stronger and more powerful, he can now slip in and out of the Ethereal Plane with every movement, and create a duplicate of himself to assist him in battle.

Variant: No Clone

If Xemnas forgoes summoning a clone, he has an effective Challenge Rating of 23 (50,000 XP).
