World of Darkness[edit]

This is an attempt to adapt the setting and mechanics from the various World of Darkness tabletop games like Vampire the Masquerade, Hunter the Reckoning, Werewolf the Apocalypse and others into DnD.

The World of Darkness is a setting that takes place in an alternative version of earth, filled with supernatural creatures that live in secret, away from the public view.

What is this for?[edit]

This is not a 1 to 1 adaptation of any of the WoD games in particular, but an attempt to combine them into a singular setting. Abilities and mechanics have been changed to favor dnd’s mechanics and combat focused progression system.

World of Darkness games are almost universally built for serious roleplay focused games that cover complex and dark themes. By porting the setting to DnD the World of Darkness setting can be used for a more diverse array of games or to introduce the setting to groups who prefer DnD.
