Word of the Lord (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement) The Word of the Lord is a pair of gloves made of white lace, with a bracelet of eight pearls around each wrist. Legends say when demons came and killed the archbishop's congregation, he began to question why his god would allow such an act. His god took these gloves and imbued them with power, allowing the archbishop to help heal the world, and help him never lose faith in his god, again. These gloves have 8 charges and regain 2d4 charges at dawn. Prayer of the Word. Use 2 charges to cast cure wounds as a 2nd level spell. Praise the Word. Expend 4 charges to cast spiritual weapon as a 4th level spell. Will of the Word. Expend 8 charges to convert non-believers. Everyone in a 20 ft radius from the caster must make a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw, or be charmed by the caster. This works as an 8th level dominate person. |
