Fey Ancestry. The wizzle has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put the wizzle to sleep.

Wish Granting. Once per day, the wizzle can grant a wish to a creature that speaks to it in Sylvan and succeeds on a DC 18 Charisma (Persuasion) check. The wish must be something that can be reasonably granted within the bounds of the wizzle's power and nature as a fey creature. However, the wizzle is mischievous and unpredictable, and the outcome of the wish may not always be exactly as the wisher intended.

ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d4 + 4) piercing damage.

Magic Dust (1/day). The wizzle releases a cloud of magical dust in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in the area must make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be affected by one of the following effects of the wizzle's choice:

The effects of the dust last for 1 minute.

The wizzle is a small fey creature, standing about 2 feet tall on its two hind legs. It has a long, slender body covered in shimmering, iridescent fur that changes color depending on the light. Its large, expressive eyes are a deep shade of purple, and its pointed ears are adorned with delicate gold earrings. The wizzle has a small, round nose and a wide, toothy grin, revealing its sharp teeth.
On its back, the wizzle has a pair of shimmering, translucent wings that allow it to fly through the air with grace and speed. It also carries a small, jeweled pouch on its belt that contains the magical dust it uses to cast spells.
Overall, the wizzle has a mischievous and playful appearance, with a certain elegance and sophistication befitting of a fey creature. Its whimsical appearance belies its true power, and those who underestimate it do so at their peril.
