Wondrous item, legendary (requires attunement) While wearing this cloak, you can use an action to speak its command word. This turns the cloak into a pair of bat wings or bird wings on your back for 1 hour or until you repeat the command word as an action. The wings give you a flying speed of 80 feet. While the wings are on your back, you can use your action to beat your wings. When you do so, each creature within 15 feet of you must make a DC Dexterity saving throw or take 4d6 wind damage and be knocked prone, and you can then fly up to 40 feet as part of that same action. When the wings disappear, you can't use them again for 1d8 hours. |
