Wilsod Munitions™ "Rifle of Many Beams" (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Weapon (Firearm), Rare (Requires attunement) This Firearm is delightfully simple in its make. The stock of this rifle is made of a fine but plain wood. The forestock of this rifle has a piece of parchment sealed to the wood by a piece of red sealing wax. The sealing wax bears the house seal of the Wilsod family, and the parchment is a faulty coupon for any Wilsod Munitions™ product. Below the butt of the rifle is a pneumatic canister, and various copper pipes run across the length of the rifle, piping gas to the rifles systems. The barrel of the rifle is made of a plain, dark grey metal engraved with a swirling pattern that marks the entire length of the barrel. Right below the safety of the rifle is a small dull-red pyramid that sits on a small circular platform of gold. Whenever Boon of Many Beams activates, the pyramind glows a bright orange color, lifts about half an inch into the air, and spins around. When it lands back on its platform, it will turn back into a dull red color but a number will appear on its surface with a bright orange glow. Firearm This weapon possesses the Ammunition, Two-Handed, and Range properties. Its Range is (60/120). Boon of Many Beams This firearm possesses four other possible firing modes. If the wielder rolls a critical hit on an ranged attack roll made with this firearm, the wielder will then roll 1d4. The number rolled on that d4 determines the spell that is fired from this rifle, as shown in the list below. Any spells fired from this rifle do not consume spell slots. If the wielder of this rifle has a spell save DC, the wielder will use that DC for any of the spells in the table below that require a saving throw. If the wielder is not a caster, their DC for any of the spells that require a saving throw is equal to 8 plus their Intelligence modifier plus their proficiency bonus. The spell attack modifier for any spells fired from this rifle is equal to the wielder’s normal attack bonus for firearms or, if the creature has one, the creature's spell attack modifier, whichever is higher.
