Weapon (whip), rare (major) (requires attunement)

These rare and powerful whips were originally crafted deep within the bowels of Hell during the Blood War. They, along with their wielders were instrumental in quickly squandering rebellions among the millions of slaves fueling Asmodeus's war-machine. Now, many of them have been destroyed or retired from use by the well-intentioned, while others rest in the hands of especially wealthy and particularly cruel slavers.

You gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. Damage from this whip cannot reduce a creature below 1 hit point.

This whip has 6 charges, and it regains 1d4 + 2 charges each day at dawn. While holding this whip, as an action, you may expend one or more charges to cast Command (1 charge, DC 15), or Fear (3 charges, DC 15). Once per turn, when you hit a creature with an attack using this weapon, you may give the target disadvantage on saving throws against spells cast from it until the end of your next turn.
