Saving Throws Str +9, Dex +7, Con +9, Cha +8 Amphibious. The wavecrest can breathe air and water. Siege Monster. The wavecrest deals double damage to objects and structures. ACTIONSMultiattack. The wavecrest makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws. Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) piercing damage and 3 (1d6) cold damage. Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) slashing damage. Water Breath (Recharge 6). The wavecrest exhales a stream of water in a 60-foot line that is 10 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 21 (6d6) bludgeoning damage and is knocked prone. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't knocked prone.
