Wondrous item, rare (minor) This large cloak sports a very thick waterskin capable of holding vast quantities of water on its own, but closer inspection reveals it to be further enchanted with water retention abilities. Great Waterskin. The waterskin cloak can hold up to 1,000 gallons of water. It weighs 30 pounds no matter how much water you put into it. |
