This race may be beyond the normal balance of 5e. The design of this race prioritizes accuracy to the source material over keeping in line with first-party 5e, but this race still shouldn't be absurdly broken.

Viltrumite

“ Why did you make me do this? You're fighting so you can watch everyone around you die! Think, Mark! You'll outlast every fragile, insignificant being on this planet. You'll live to see this world crumble to dust and blow away! Everyone and everything you know will be gone! What will have after 500 years?” - Omni Man

Physical Description

Viltrumites appear to look like normal humans on the surface with no way to differentiate themselves from a human at first glance. Viltrumites come in many different skin colors, height, and weight. Aside from their inhuman abilities and culture Viltrumites are no different then the inhabitants of earth.

History

Viltrumites aimed to achieve the perfect civilization and in their beliefs the best way to do that was to purge the weak from their race. This ideal began a war amongst all Viltrumites to fight each other until only the strong remained. This would prove that those that survived would be the best of the best. Although the Viltrumite population was cut in half this was considered the best course of action for them. After this event the viltrumites began to prepare the takeover of other plantes to build the Viltrumite empire.

Society

There is no such thing as a weak viltrumite; even when their powers just kick in viltrumites have always been the apex predator. Viltrumites are born without powers at first but naturally get them later in life, even the latest of bloomers get their powers by 16. If any viltrumite were to be below expectations in power then they’d be dead either executed by one of their own race or killed off by a government a creature that fears what they could become. Viltrumites are considered a serious threat to any nearby planet or race and rightfully so.

Viltrumite Names
