Vanishing Powder (5e Equipment)

Wondrous Item, uncommon (none) Makes a creature vanish in one of 11 possible random ways unknown to any creature except the recipient. When using this powder, roll 2d6. From the point of view of any observers, the creature simply vanishes, but the observers do not know what caused them to vanish. All of the possibilities below seem identical. Caveats Can not make gargantuan creatures vanish. Does not affect artifacts the recipient is carrying or wearing.

12	Change Entire Universe	the universe is changed so that the recipient does not exist and has never existed. A new universe is created that is very similar that includes the recipient but does not include any of the nearby creatures that could easily observe the recipient.
