Formatting

Syntax can be very difficult, and if you need help a good place to start is Help:Editing on Wikipedia (or even their Introduction page). This will explain basic wiki formatting and should provide quite a few useful links that explain more specific areas of wiki formatting. Help:Portal also provides detailed explanation of information important specifically to this community.

Class You Created[edit]

Hey CallMeCoco, I was wondering if you still have any plans to finish up the Shield Maiden(class)? If you do, I will move it so it has (5e Class) after its name and if you don't I will go ahead and add the delete template to it, as currently, it is mostly empty. Either way though, I hope that you have been enjoying all the wiki has to offer.--Blobby383b (talk) 18:39, 8 September 2019 (MDT)

Likely not, I had mostly hit a nail in the coffin for writers block and just failed to continue the concept, thank you though, appreciated ~CMC
I understand, writers block happens. Thanks for responding though, and gl on your future brews.--Blobby383b (talk) 21:38, 16 September 2019 (MDT)

Typos[edit]

You know, you don't have to tell admin about typos, you can edit them yourself and leave a comment and hope the creator of the page is more careful about it in the future. Flamestarter (talk) 06:37, 1 December 2019 (MST)Flamestarter

Well no actually the Alraune is a featured page and as such I can't edit it, as I'm just your average every day dm who likes to throw a twist in her campaigns, thank you for trying to help though~ -CMC
Ahh. I didn't know that. Hey, DM to DM, do you have any tips for me? Flamestarter (talk) 18:07, 2 December 2019 (MST)Flamestarter
Ha, not a whole lot, I personally am one of those really crappy dms that values fun over function so sometimes it can be problematic... Sometimes it can be amazing and fun, it all depends on my players and whether or not they want story or roleplay. I have a list of homebrew rules that I run in my campaign, half of which are to add grit and teamwork to the game by making existing game mechanics more brutal or dangerous/realistic, the other half of which are to add more consistency, two examples being crits aren't rolled as double damage, rather as rolling max damage as a second die, etc. Longsword crit being 1d10+10+bonuses, and reliable potions which is basically just potions always heal for the maximum amount, but are more scarce and i roll a percentile die for side effects, if you wanna talk more on the subject feel free to hit my discord up! ~CMC
