Ring, legendary (requires attunement)

A bizarre ring imbued with the ancient power of primal might. It glows a faint green and allows the user to take on an alternate form. It is said that but a single one exists, and its location has been lost to the ages. It cannot be worn with the minor ring of primal power or major ring of primal power.

Indominus. You cannot be made afraid; your are immune to the frightened condition. You have advantage on Charisma (Intimidation) checks.

Full Sail. While you are wearing the ring, you can use an action to protrude an enormous sail from your spine, catching the wind and allowing you to move more quickly. Your movement speed is increased by 15 feet. While in this state, moving through nonmagical difficult terrain costs you no extra movement. You can also pass through nonmagical terrain without being slowed by it and without taking damage from it if they have thorns, spines, or a similar hazard. You can unleash a frightening roar as an action. All enemies within a 30 foot range of you must succeed a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw to take half of the 5d8 force damage and not become frightened for 1 minute. They may repeat the saving throw at the end of their turn. You can't use this property of the ring again until the next dawn.
