Potion, Common (Minor)

This, off-colored, swirling potion is probably best poured out.

Making an Unstable Elixir

This potion is made when two potions with a contradictory effect are mixed in a way that doesn’t nullify the effects of either. This can be achieved with a DC 15 arcana/medicine check.

Alternatively, a potion that is really old may have degraded into an unstable concoction.

What it does

When someone drinks an Unstable Elixir, they are forced to roll on the wild magic surge table.

Alternatively, they could gain 1d10 (non-conflicting) random potion effects, these can be good or bad.
