Weapon (dagger), uncommon If a weapon could have an alignment, this one would be chaotic neutral. A most unusual magical weapon, this dagger does not need a roll to hit; it always hits. However, it simultaneously deals 1d20 piercing damage (1st roll) and causes the target to regain 1d20 hit points (2nd roll). The overall effect is the difference between the two rolls; a max of 19 healing or 19 damage. It cannot boost hit points over maximum, and it cannot reduce hit points to below zero. |
