Ultra-Heavy Shackles (5e Equipment)

Wondrous item, legendary (requires attunement by a creature with a Strength score of at least 20) A pair of ultra heavy shackles fitted around your wrists. While attuned to the shackles you can remove them as a bonus action, doing so doubles your Strength and Dexterity scores and your movement speed for the next hour. You can't increase an ability score above 30. After the hour passes the shackles appear once again around your wrists and you gain 2 levels of exhaustion from over exertion.
