You cancel out the magic by undermining the very core components of the spell within the Universe. You speak an Utterance that unweaves a current spell from the fabric of reality. Spend any number of Reality Points upon speaking this Utterance. A caster makes a Concentration check of 10 x (1 + the number of Reality Points spent) to maintain any spell they are concentrating on. If they fail their spell effect ends and they cannot cast that spell again for (1+ the number of Reality Points spent) hours.
At Higher Levels. When you speak this Utterance using a 6th level slot, you may speak it as a reaction to a spell being cast, but a caster makes a Concentration check of 10 x (1 + half of the number of Reality Points spent) to maintain any spell cast the spell. If they fail their spell effect ends and they cannot cast that spell again for (1+ half of the number of Reality Points spent) hours.
