Wondrous item, uncommon This item looks like a regular toothpick until it is used for an attack. When held in the wielder's mouth, the toothpick can unleash a beam of energy as an action. Make a ranged spell attack with a +7 bonus. On hit, the beam deals 2d8 damage. If you have resistance to a damage type, the damage dealt may be one of those resistances. If you do not have resistance to any damage types, this beam deals bludgeoning damage.
