ACTIONS

Jaguar Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 26 (4d10 + 4) piercing damage.

Serpent Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) piercing damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned and take 3 (1d6) poison damage at the beginning of each of its turns for 1 minute. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Wrap. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (4d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled by the tlalocoatl (escape DC 16). While grappled in this way, the target is restrained.

Breath Weapons (Recharge 5-6). The tlalocoatl uses one of the following breath weapons:

Steam Breath. The tlalocoatl's jaguar head exhales steam in a 30-foot cone, causing the area to become heavily obscured for 1 minute or until a wind of moderate or greater speed (at least 10 miles per hour) disperses it, and any creatures within the area must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 55 (10d10) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Ice Breath. The tlalocoatl's serpent head exhales shards of ice in a 60-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 55 (11d10) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Rain Breath. Both of the tlalocoatl's heads exhale, creating a torrent of water in a 60-foot cone, extinguishing exposed flames in the area. Each creature in that cone must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 55 (11d10) bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
