Tinkerer's Infusion Goggles (5e Equipment)

Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement by an Artificer) These mechanical goggles fit over the eyes. While wearing them, you can magically enhance your vision further than normal through the usage of various lenses. You can tinker with the goggles at the end of a long rest to equip new lenses or to replace the equipped lenses, each one giving you a different benefit. The maximum amount of lenses you can equip at the same time is equal to the number of Infused Items on your Artificer table. You can equip the following lenses: Eagle Lenses. While wearing these lenses, you have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight while observing an area further than 5 feet of you. Magnifying Lenses. While wearing these lenses, you have advantage on Intelligence (Investigation) checks that rely on sight while searching an area or studying an object within the distance of 1 foot from you. Runekeeper Lenses. While wearing these lenses While wearing these lenses, you can read and understand all writing. Nocturnal Lenses. While wearing these lenses, you have darkvision out to a range of 60 feet. If you already have darkvision, wearing the goggles increases its range by 60 feet. Weather Lenses. While wearing these lenses, weather doesn't obscure your vision. You never have disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks because of such conditions. Inspection Lenses. These lenses have 3 charges. While wearing them, you can expend 1 charge as an action to cast the identify spell on an object you can see. These lenses regain 1d4 - 1 expended charges daily at dawn. These goggles magically attach to you and can’t be removed against your will. |
