Weapon (Scythe), Legendary (Requires Attunement)

A long scythe with an ornate hourglass carved where the blade and handle connect. The handle is black with a golden handle, and the blade is made of gold, with carvings all over it, depicting major events in history.

While attuned to this item, you do not age, and you have a +2 to all attack and damage rolls made with this weapon.

The Timekeeper's Scythe has 8 charges, and regains 1d8 expended charges at dawn. When you hit a creature with this weapon, you can use your reaction to spend 1 charge to either reduce or increase the movement speed of 1 creature within 30 feet of you by 20 feet.

Whenever you hit a creature with this weapon, regardless of whether or not you expend a charge, that creature's movement speed is reduced by 10 feet for 1 hour. This reduction does not apply if the creature already has it's movement speed reduced in this way.
