Weapon (handaxe), rare (major) (requires attunement) This magical handaxe have a bonus of +1 on attacks and damage rolls. When thrown, the handaxe returns to the hands of its wielder, after hitting or missing its target. When outdoors, you can throw the handaxe towards a cloud (regardless of its height), conjuring a thunderstorm. This behaves as the call lightning spell, with an added rain falling in the cylinder area. The handaxe only returns to your hand after the spell ends. Once you use this property, you can't do it again for the next 7 days.
