This cane is made to help blind creatures to navigate through the world. You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. In addition, creatures attuned to the cane gain the following benefits:

  • A blind creature wielding the cane have blindsight up to a range of 10 feet while wielding it.
  • A creature attuned to the cane can use its Wisdom modifier, rather than Strength, for attacks and damage rolls with it. Attacks made with the cane using Wisdom as the ability modifier are able to target the foe's weak spots, and cause additional 1d8 bludgeoning damage on a hit.
  • The cane has 3 charges. When you are hit by an attack, you can spend 1 charge to increase your AC by 1d8 against the triggering attack, potentially turning that hit into a miss. The cane regain 1d3 charges daily, at dawn. If you expend the cane's last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the cane breaks into wooden shards and is destroyed.
