The Teeth of Aezoan (5e Equipment)

Wondrous item, legendary This are the collection of teeth of the Great bronze Dragon called Aezoan. When they were given to a powerful family it was told that it can only be used when they become part of your body. But for the power of the teeth they must be attached as a child. When they adhere to the being they are fully healed of everything magical or non magical except for the any curse set upon them. When not attached they look like a big sharp set of dragon teeth that are made of adamantine with bronze runes. But when they are attached they look like regular teeth of your race but have a coloration of deep charcoal but it can past as normal as long as they don't look to closely. Part of the Body: The teeth have been permanently adhered to your body thus cannot be stolen or removed by any means magical or even by the gods. Hatchling: when the teeth are first adhered you are healed of any damage or diseases magical or non, but any curses you had previously are not lifted. You also feel that your DNA has been altered to become part dragon but your appearance does not change Wyrmling : At level 1 you gain both of these abilities Dragon Speech: You find that you can speak and understand Draconic. Damage absorption. You have damage resistance to lightning. If you gain resistance to lightning from another source, you gain immunity to lightning damage. If you gain immunity to lightning damage from another source, you regain hit points equal to half of any lightning damage you are dealt. Draconic Majesty. While you are wearing no armor, you can add your Charisma bonus to your Armor Class. Young: At level 3 you gain the following abilities Breath weapon: you can use your action to exhale destructive energy. 5 by 30 ft. line is the size of your exhalation and the damage is lightning. When you use your breath weapon, each creature in the area of the exhalation must make a Dex saving throw. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. A creature takes 2d6 damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increases to 3d6 at 6th level, 4d6 at 11th level, and 5d6 at 16th level. After you use your breath weapon, you can’t use it again until you complete a short or long rest. Dragon Sight. You gain dark vision with a radius of 60 feet, or an additional 60 feet of dark vision if you already have dark vision. Once per day you can use blindsight with a radius of 30ft for 10min. Dragon Rage: When you are first become part of these teeth you start to develop an uncontrollable anger. When you get in to a fit of rage you make a charisma saving throw DC 13 at levels 2-5 , DC 16 at levels 6-10.if failed you transform into a but you have no control of your action and you attempt to kill everything in your path after 8 hours or being subject to a bronze dragon wyrmling levels 2-5 and a young bronze dragon levels 6- 10. After said transformation you awaken at 1 HP and you cannot use any of the teeth's abilities for three days except for the base features you get at the wyrmling stage. You also have disadvantage to all saving throws, ability checks and attack roll until you take a long rest. If you succeed you manage to calm the anger but you feel the pent up power brought up from the rage you must wait until you take a shot or long rest until you can use any abilities given by the teeth. Adult: At level 7 you gain the following abilities Lingering Shock. If you deal lightning damage to a creature, it can’t take reactions until its next turn. Dragon Breath improvement: you gain another use out of your breath weapon. Draconic Domination: Your power starts to become know to any other dragons nearby, gain advantage on charisma checks against any color dragon. Although your power draws wyrmling and young dragon towards you ( DM use to you discretion)
Legendary Resistance (1/Day). If you fail a saving throw, you can choose to succeed instead. Master of Breath: you gain 4 more uses to your breath weapon Legendary Ascension: you gain full access to the powers of Aezoan because of this you can fully transform into a bronze dragon you cannot do so again for seven days Infinite wisdom : you dragon rage is quelled with all the vast knowledge of Aezoan. Your Dragon rage no longer happens |
