Weapon (longsword, shortsword, or greatsword), rare (major) (requires attunement) The Black-Sun Blade is a sword made of a pure black metal with a silvery edge. Magic Blade. The Black-Sun Blade has a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls. Radiant Negation. Whenever you would be targeted by a spell or effect that deals radiant damage, you may use your reaction to instead take no radiant damage from that spell or effect. Radiant Absorption. If you have negated radiant damage using the black-sun blade's radiant negation feature, you may use your Action/Bonus Action, specification needed to gain one of the following benefits until the end of your turn. You may do this once, and you may do so again after using radiant negation to negate damage. The Black-Sun Blade gains an additional +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls. The Black-Sun Blade deals an additional 1d4 radiant damage to any target it hits. |
