Teleportation Talisman (5e Equipment)

Wondrous item, rare The talisman is fashioned from feathers and painted beads of bone collected from rare magical beasts. Its centerpiece is the calcified skull of a monkey. When you take damage from a creature within 5-feet of you while wearing this talisman, you are teleported to the last space you occupied before using your movement. The talisman has a teleportation range of up to 500 feet. If this space is out of range or the last time you used your movement was on a different plane of existence the talisman doesn’t take effect. If the space you are teleported to is occupied, you appear on the nearest unoccupied space. |
