Talk:The Painted World (5e Campaign Setting)

This campaign setting doesn't seem to have been worked on since it was first created in December of last year (2016). Ace of Fours seems to have done some more work on the setting, with their last contribution being on January 1st of 2017 (from what I can tell). Intriguing. Kinda makes me want to try and start a campaign in a kind of demiplane like this, maybe even have a whole society in it that doesn't even know it's a demiplane. The focus of the campaign could be pulling on a mystery thread, discovering the nature of the demiplane, escaping into its version of the Anor Londo Cathedral, and going from there. ...Ooh! Maybe the Chosen Undead comes in and kills Priscilla, thus removing the society's reason for existing (to comfort her and keep her company), and when the party leaves Ariandel and learns what's what they can either track down the Undead to avenge Priscilla or just, like, do aught else.
