Talk:Steam Tank (5e Creature)
From D&D Wiki
This is an ordinary vehicle, correct? Not some kind of thinking machine, like an AI-driven sci-fi tank? I can't help but feel it's a bit strange that a tank has an Intelligence score or the ability to make a Perception check when logically, the crew should be the ones doing those things. A quirk of the template, I suppose. SirSprinkles (talk) 17:45, 19 October 2021 (MDT)
I'm assuming that the tank was designed to not block/interfere with the Commander's own Perception (hence the neutral modifier to Wisdom). I would also imagine that, despite the low Charisma it would have proficiency in Intimidation solely because of the size and armor. Intelligence . . . Debatable. I might use this in one of my own campaigns, perhaps a . . . Modified, updated version. I'll inform you guys how it goes when I add it in. Glass (talk) 22:53, 22 October 2021 (MDT)
