Talk:SCP-682 (5e Creature)
From D&D Wiki
What's the rationale behind having 8 skills? Two skills seems typical, while 4 skills seems to be exceptional (ancient gold dragon, lich, etc) Marasmusine (talk) 07:15, 30 April 2016 (MDT)
The problem I see with trying to make a D&D creature out of SCP-682 is that within SCP lore, 682 is absolutely indestructible, going so far that God himself (SCP-343) hints that he cannot do anything about it. --PokeLinkEs (talk) 07:39, 30 April 2016 (MDT)
- Oh... I see... those SCPs! Would make a good campaign. Marasmusine (talk) 07:41, 30 April 2016 (MDT)
I wanna see him fight the Tarrasque. I want it so bad. Knowlessman (talk) 19:29, 29 July 2016 (MDT)
On the subject of staying consistent with the lore, should SCP-682's immortality really be countered by a wish spell? Simply put, SCP-682 cannot be killed by anything magical, technological, or otherwise in the entirety of the SCP lore. Additionally, it would be a very interesting twist on standard D&D style, where the players are actually forced to capture and contain him, as SCP-682 can't be killed in any way. Also, glad that SCP Foundation stuff is here; I got into it a bit ago and it's cool to see how something totally different could change the dynamics of D&D. --Calibri (talk) 17:52, 28 September 2018 (MDT)
