Attunement Issues[edit]
How are you supposed to attune to this after already being attuned to 3 items?
Also, since I'm here, isn't all of these items eating a slot a little too much? Sure, the effect is strong, but it removes a lot of the versatility provided by other magic items in favor of an attack that deals more damage/very temporary AC reduction.
