This artifact is basically an exact copy of the ring of winter and if anyone thinks that is too powerful should look at the ring of winter. The only thing that I see could use changing is the Phoenix blood. The Pheonix blood property is the only main thing that is unbalanced about the item, it is just that the ring gets all the extra properties on top of it. Besides that, the item needs several things cleaned up, but the ring itself is a good representation of a counterpart to the pretty basic ring of winter.--Blobby383b (talk) 10:46, 8 July 2018 (MDT)
