• Support. Begrudgingly. I think this background could be summed up into the Soldier background easily, but there is enough detail here to provide a niche role for someone wanting to do this. Red Leg Leo (talk) 09:17, 4 February 2020 (MST)

• Oppose — While this is a nice background, I am more on the side of saying that this background should not be a quality article for a few reasons. The first reason would be that the background is not easily usable and DM's usually would have to change the world itself for this background to fit into a lot of the settings and the background also requires a lot of DM buy in from NPCs for this background to be interesting. Plus, to me, this concept feels more like something a player should work with their DM to add to their backstory or the world rather than a full on background.--Blobby383b (talk) 22:41, 31 March 2020 (MDT)
