Playtesting

Hi Blindeyes! I saw your concern in chat about wanting this playtested but it is constantly edited. I placed the template on it so that hopefully no one edits the page while you are testplaying it. Another option is to see if admins wouldn't mind locking the page while you do so as well. Anyhow, if you choose not to testplay this you can easily remove the template or if you think it isn't a big deal, it can still be undone. BigShotFancyMan (talk) 10:50, 27 August 2018 (MDT)

After reading Discussion:Playtesting Application I've responded there I'll wear the mantle of this Oracle class. Thanks for the lock Geo, I wasn't too sure if needed or not but I like the idea of locking pages for users if they are in the midst of playtesting. BigShotFancyMan (talk) 11:43, 27 August 2018 (MDT)

Hi, I've been looking at this page recently and just saw this about the playtest. I'd like to ask; it's been a few (5) months, is the playtest finished? The class is great, but there's a few things that have sort of odd wording, incorrect terminology, or other similar confusion that I think could be more easily fixed than bringing them all up here. Hihihi! July 18 - 2019... Have a goblin oracle running and he (mf firehands) is terribly fun to play! I run around with a converted pf inquisitor buddy and we smash. Can you help clarify HOW the divine curse works for protection at level 10? Seems op and i want to understand if spells have a 75% chance of failing against me! Astral Spells

So what are astral spells exactly? And why is it mentioned 4 times in the level table but nowhere else?

Arcane Pariah

Hey! I had a question about one of the features of the Orator of the Occult. At 15th level, "if the oracle's curse causes a spell to miss, the caster takes psychic damage equal to twice the spell's level." Does this include when the curse affects yourself? Because oracle's curse is gonna hit yourself a lot more than it will hit other spells. This feels like a pretty brutal downgrade of a feature at a pretty high level. This could benefit from some reworking, in my opinion. 11:55, 30 December 2019
