I give this Prestige Class a 8/10 because it's a very good idea, and while none of the abilities are special perse, they idea and the way they are used is special. The character doesn't have any magical abilities, but the ability to pull an item out of a 'Forbinding hole' makes them very fun. The improvisation skill is also very neat, although I'm not sure if PrCs are supposed to give weapon proficiencies.
