Regarding Lovers Quarell I think its a good and unique idea but is lacking pretty severely in many aspects as well as blatantly being quite over-powered. I do believe this is an artifact that TheDarkHeadsmen is making to be used in the campaign setting he is working on. If you intend on this ring being as op as it has been made at the time of this message I would recommend placing a "Design Disclaimer" as well as the reasoning as to why it needs one. The user "Marasmusine" is correct in some of the reasoning's that he placed within his stub. Personally I agree that the item needs some lore or history behind it as a the simple description is not sufficient. Any "Artifact" level or even some "legendary" level items should always have a way of being destroyed or neutralized. Something like "|destroy= This ring can only be destroyed by means of a Wish spell, which will result in the ring disintegrating into worthless dust." or however you want it to be able to be destroyed should be incorporated. Many things on the wiki need to be simply put over explained. While many of us have the proper game knowledge or have memorized the vast amounts of rules within the game not all people have. The explanation for expertise is generally "Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses either of the chosen proficiencies." so just make sure that is put into words for those who do not know what exactly gaining "expertise" would entail. I agree that both "Touched by Love" as well as "Gaze of War" are a bit broken and lacking in detail. One way to solve this would to make them both a unique spell that can be cast at will while attuned to the ring using the following spell template:

Description of what occurs. This would help add in-game mechanics to the features. Consider adding limitations such as a saving throw, only working on humanoids or other such things.

Specifically regarding "Life of Love And War" this seems far to strong. The wording is, well, off and needs to be reworded carefully. Gaining access to two entire spell lists as well as being able to gain spell slots even if not a spell caster would make this ring beyond artifact level if that is even possible.

Furthermore anything on the wiki is viewable to any person so try to word your works professionally and avoid the use of emojis or " ;-> " in your projects" I will be adding some stubs of my own to the item.
