"Rest" is ambiguous as it isn't stated whether it refers to a short or long rest. SirSprinkles (talk) 14:18, 8 March 2022 (MST)

A short rest is a rest. A long rest is a rest. Therefore a "rest" is either a short or long rest.
So, I'd say it's not ambiguous really. A phrasing preference, maybe. - Guy 16:42, 8 March 2022 (MST)
I must have been mentally combining "X/Day" and "Recharge after Short or Long Rest" and then also short-handing the phrase on accident. I had thought the MM had had recharges like these but apparently not. It takes more bytes to write, but I'll change it to "X/Short or Long Rest" to make you happy and keep it a little bit more similar to MM terminology, while also ensuring new kinds of "rest" (such as brief rest) won't be valid for the recharge. Stating before editing that "rest" sounded ambiguous to you would have been appreciated, though. Similar changes will be made to my other pages that include such terminology. --IntellectMaster (talk) 21:05, 8 March 2022 (MST)
