Without the critical hit effect (which can never actually trigger anyway since there's no attack roll), at present this appears to be an unattributed and almost unchanged copy-paste of another cantrip on this wiki.

I'd say so. A cantrip which can cause exhaustion is very unbalanced. For comparison, the only official spell I know of which causes exhaustion is sickening radiance; it's a 4th level spell, and the exhaustion goes away when the spell ends (unlike the current version of this cantrip). Something which can cause death after stacking a few times probably shouldn't be easy to throw around.
Even a cantrip which deals unavoidable damage with no other effect is of questionable balanced on its own, let alone with any rider. - Guy 18:10, 27 May 2022 (MDT)
