Talk:Dragonslayer Swordspear (5e Equipment)

What is a "swordspear"? If it is a homebrewed item, it should have a link. SirSprinkles (talk) 03:17, 19 April 2017 (UTC)

Replacing content[edit]

So... replacing everything that was there with something that makes far less sense. (And uploading an image several times, no less.) This tastes like vandalism. If you want to make your own version of an item with the same name, it's polite to create something under a new name—like Dragonslayer Swordspear, Variant (5e Equipment)—instead of just steamrolling someone else's effort like it doesn't matter compared to yours. - Guy (talk) 19:07, 3 May 2017 (UTC)

I'll admit, I'm not the happiest camper to see most of my work on this page be completely revamped or "steamrolled" as you put it, even if some of it was only slightly shifted to fit 187.35.81.116's idea of what they wanted the Dragonslayer Swordspear to be. Of course, to be humble and not make a huge scene by going "screw it" and completely removing all of 187.35.81.116's work from my page, I've moved all my previous work to Dragonslayer Swordspear, Variant in hopes that maybe my original work can be corrected, tweaked, and fixed rather than reworked. --Hobogre (talk) 21:36, 3 May 2017 (UTC)
You're more mature about this than I would be. I give you kudos for that, for whatever it might be worth. - Guy (talk) 21:42, 3 May 2017 (UTC)

To be honest i was working on fixing the item, thats why i did so many edits... i wanted to make it more clear and the true name of that weapon is Nameless King Swordspear, dragonslayer was just some cool placeholder name.

It still mentions the 3.5e term "charge attack" and the critical is also 3rd-edition style. Are you sure this is supposed to be for 5e?

you can charge and attack in 5.0e and the critical is x3 since its a Legendary Weapon i decided to give some extra juice.

This page is not formatted correctly. Reason: Needs to use the magic item preload/template. I removed the spells, as they are in the SRD, you just have to wikilink to them. Someone reverted this. The wikify message was also reverted. Please don't do that.

About the magic item preload/template i have no idea how to do that.. sorry this is just a weapon my DM allow me to use on our campaing so i decided to share. 22:54, 3 May 2017 (UTC)
