Talk:Demolisher (3.5e Prestige Class)
From D&D Wiki
Design[edit]
I designed this class as a highly accessible, fun, and dungeon-crawl friendly prestige class. You're good at breaking stuff. What more is there to say? --Dmilewski 06:34, 24 March 2006 (MST)
Question[edit]
I don't get the "unbalanced weapon" class: any hint, please??? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 84.221.198.36 (talk • contribs) 16:07, 25 January 2007 (MST). Please sign your posts.
- Maces, hammers, axes, etc. --Dmilewski 20:56, 25 January 2007 (MST)
- What Dmilewski seems to mean is weapons that have more weight on one side than the other, judging by his examples. A quarterstaff, for example, would be a balanced melee weapon, and likely weapons with small hilts, like swords, would be as well. --Crystallis 13:07, 10 March 2007 (MST)
- Exactly. Anything which is a big weight on the end of a lever, yet not a sword, or a polearm, or a light weapon. --Dmilewski 14:45, 10 March 2007 (MST)
Why have Disable Device as a Pre req. when the class itself replaces it's modifier? I would Think you would have tasks that needed to be preformed before you could take the class. Like Breaking a single door, Breaking a single weapon, etc.
