The item shouldn't require attunement by a homebrewed race as that is extremely restive and pretty much all people are not going to be a falconer just to have a chance to get this magical item. Class names are not capitalized and the Bolt and Feather effect was only balanced by separating the falconer and non-falconer effect. Giving a +5 bonus to attack and damage rolls total would make this item an artifact as the maximum bonus a legendary item can have is +4 and this is with no other effects.--Blobby383b (talk) 22:28, 11 December 2017 (MST)
- Any bonuses provided the falconer need to be valued higher because your bird companion is much better than a generic bird. Hence if you provide them with too much it breaks the item.--Blobby383b (talk) 14:04, 16 December 2017 (MST)

- No problem, I like how you separated the effects though as it makes much more sense reading through it. It is good to keep on learning as you will never know everything, but if you ask you can get all the help you need and learn in the process(that reminds me, I still don't know how to balance monsters even after asking Geodude671...).
