Incomplete to complete

I just got sucked into this wiki thing and are very excited to learn how to do things properly and make meaningful contributions. Balancing Necrotic Sacrifice

Initially I thought the Necrotic Sacrifice feature is to powerful to give it to the Bonesmith at level 3. But after a comment on the discord that it is "odd to add a new resource at a higher level" I am not so sure. Very new at this. A lot of subclasses gets some kind of bonus dice thing at level 3, like the Soul Knife's Psionics Power, the Swarmkeeper's Gathered Swarm and the Battle Master's Combat Superiority. It would also feel a bit cleaner to move the Extra Attack feature, that I squeezed into Bone Claws, to the 5 lvl feature where it probably belongs. Any advice would be appreciated.
