Why did I think it could do 53 damage? Obviously that was some kind of error... Lemme do that again.

4 or 6 Defense (112 or 150 hp & 15 AC): x1.5 or x2 hp from damage resistances; +1 AC from parry

In the DMG, damage resistances grant x2 hp at CR 4, and x1.5 hp at CR 5, so by its logic this seems like a paradox. If you wanted to be absolutely sure that it is CR 4 by any definition, you could reduce its Hit Dice to 7 and its hit points to 57.

As for the twinblade... I'm just curious, now.
