The Sword of Mastery is a weapon that embodies the very concept of perfection in swordsmanship. Forged in the heart of an eternal star by a forgotten deity of war and artistry, it is said to be the ultimate blade, unrivaled in power and precision. Its wielder is destined to become the greatest swordsman to ever walk the planes, capable of feats of martial prowess that defy mortal comprehension.

The sword’s blade shimmers with a silvery sheen, subtly shifting as if alive, and its hilt is adorned with intricate engravings of ancient duels. When drawn, it emits a faint hum, resonating with the heartbeat of its bearer.
Random Properties. The Sword of Mastery has the following random properties:

  • 2 minor beneficial properties
  • 1 major beneficial property
  • 1 minor detrimental property
  • 1 major detrimental property


Magic Weapon. The Sword of Mastery is a magic weapon that grants +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it. The sword also functions as a Belt of Storm Giant Strength and Vorpal Sword. The sword ignores resistance to slashing damage, treating immunity as resistance, and deals an extra dice of slashing damage.

Master of the Sword. When you attune to the sword, you become proficient with it and can wield it regardless of your weapon restrictions and can add your proficiency bonus to it's damage. Additionally, this weapon lands a critical hit on a 19 or 20 and you gain a Extra Attack, which is the same as your class extra attack, even if it doesn't.

Bonded. The sword can instantaneously be summoned to its owner's hand as a bonus action, unless they don't have a free hand.

Warrior Enhancement. You can add your Constitution modifier to your Armor Class and to your saving throws. Finally, your speed is increased by 10 ft.
Destroying the Sword of Mastery. To destroy this sword it's owner needs to throw it into a star.
