Sword of Fragarach (5e Equipment)

Weapon (shortsword), unique (requires attunement) Fragarach is a short sword from Celtic mythology that belonged to the war god Lugh. This sword is said to have been fired from its scabbard without the wearer touching it and slicing those who opposed the user before they could unsheathe their weapons. It is one of the few relics that remain to this day without an owner. Merciless Blade. You can use your reaction to make one melee attack against any creature within 5 feet of you that deals damage to you. Fragarach. You can use your reaction to cut a ranged attack made against you by a source you can see. Make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. If you succeed you don't take damage, but if you fail, the damage is halved. Freagróidh tú. As an action, you can point the sword at the neck of a prone creature within 5 feet of you and say the Irish Gaelic phrase "Freagróidh".
